Create a Table in Qlik Sense

In order to make a table in Qlik Sense, follow the steps given below.

Step 1: Open the editor of the sheet of the appliance during which you would like to make a table. The editor is opened from the Edit option present on the toolbar of the sheet.

Step 2: Select the choice Table (from the Assets Panel) and add it to the editing grid at the middle by dragging and dropping.

Exploring Qlik Sense Tables

In Qlik Sense tables, you’ll align the text for every column. By default, the text alignment is left for the text values and right for the numeric values. you’ll change the alignment by changing the setting to Custom option. you’ll also make selections in tables and look for values through the search lens present within the dimension columns. You can sort a table in four alternative ways , i.e. row sorting, column sorting, internal sorting, and interactive sorting.

Column sorting is completed usually as per the load order i.e. which column was added first are going to be the primary within the sort order also . you’ll change it from the properties panel if you would like .
Row sorting is that the row values supported which other column values are sorted. The column supported whose values sorting is completed is indicated by an arrow below the name of that column.
Internal sorting is that the way the values of every column are sorted internally.
Interactive sorting is that the way of sorting values by clicking on the column header. Values are sorted during a certain way upon making the primary click and resumes the first state on the second click.
